Motion is a running group, with in the Dojos of the Risen Son.
Reasons: This is a chance to continue your training, while getting together with fellow martial artists, with a common goal.
Goals: To train, and to encourage one another to increase our health, and endurance.
Plus to work toward some of the 5k and half marathons in our community.
Time: Once a week on Saturday at 8am.
Location: Will change, but you can find out in class or in our news section. We will be running trails like,
the Bicentennial Trail, Kal-haven Trail, and the Al Sabo Trail.
What you need: Good running shoes, and lots of water.
This training group is for ages 13 and up.
Don’t run! no worries, you are welcome to join and walk, run, sprint, skip.
this group is not a requirement, but it is encouraged.
Remember this is a training group, don’t expect everyone to stay together, people will get spread out.
But we won’t leave till everyone reaches the finish.
